Wash orders are collected from your door in a 2-hour slot and returned within 48 hours. Marketplace and rental orders come by our courier or the seller ships them. Pickup is free on orders over $25.
Brands, boutiques and trusted people, all selling new pieces. Every seller is checked before they list, and buyers rate every order.
Every item is documented at pickup, and every order is insured. Claims are handled in the app, end to end.
Choose a plan, set your weekly slot, and pause or cancel anytime in the app. Unused pickups roll over for one month.
Browse the collection, pick your dates, and we deliver it pressed and ready. When you're done, leave it at your door: pickup and cleaning are included, and insurance covers normal wear.
